Personnel are not allowed to alter or add to job titles without written permission from the President. A change in job title is considered a reorganization by the Alabama Community College System and must go through the reorganization request process, if first approved by the President. All usage of job titles in office materials and correspondence should match the approved job title upon hire or reorganization. Employees should check with the Executive Human Resources Director for questions regarding their official job title.
