IMP Committee meets to review Information on Fulfillment of the Mission and set Directive Goals for three-year period, which are distributed to all personnel for use in planning and setting annual unit goals. IMP Committee members begin work on annual update to the Institutional Management Plan. Every other year, constituency review of Mission coordinated by IMP Committee (ad hoc Purpose Review Committee appointed by President). |
